Vincent C. Giampapa, M.D., F.A.C.S. Dr. Giampapa has been at the forefront of age management medicine for over 10 years and developed the initial program for the Giampapa Institute for Age Management (now part of Suracell). Dr. Giampapa is a graduate of Mt. Sinai Medical School. He trained at St. Luke’s / Roosevelt Hospital and New York University Medical Center in New York City. He is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. He is presently Clinical Professor at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Giampapa was one of the first Board Certified anti-aging physicians, and has over 10 years’ clinical experience treating patients for age-related disorders. Over the past decade he has directed seven international symposiums on anti-aging medicine, and has written five books on the subject. His most recent book, The Gene Makeover explains the relationship between our inherited genetic variants, cellular health and optimal wellness and aging. Dr. Giampapa has been a keynote speaker on the topic of Aging at symposia and conferences all over the world. His continuing research with Dr. Ronald Pero focuses on the effects of nutrients and natural compounds that enhance DNA function in both somatic cells and adult stem cells. Dr. Giampapa has served as a consultant to NASA, and has been published in numerous medical journals, including The Journal of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, The Journal of Cryobiology, The Annals of Plastic Surgery, The Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Journal, The Journal of Surgical Oncology, The Journal of Hospital Medicine, and The Journal of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Giampapa’s Suracell research focuses on improving adult stem cell function and quantity, which will be used as a total regenerative treatment for aging.
