- Returns will be accepted for any reason within 180 days of the shipping date.
- All returns must receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Suracell Customer Service for the return to be accepted and processed. The RMA number may be obtained by calling 973-932-1200. The RMA number must be made visible on the outside of the returned package.
- A full refund for the returned order will be issued via the method by which the order was originally paid for. If the return is made because of an error by Suracell, not only will the original shipping and handling charges will be included in the refund, Suracell will also cover the cost of returning the items, by supplying a "return account number" for the returned items.
- Customers should use UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS Express mail, so that their return can be tracked. Suracell is not responsible for returned items that fail to arrive back at Suracell. If Suracell is supplying a "return account number", the shipment must be returned via FedEx.

- Items that were shipped more than 180 days prior to a requested return may be taken back on a case-by-case basis. Partners and clients wishing to return such items must receive authorization first by calling 973-932-1200.
